US Airways Center is home to the Phoenix Suns professional NBA team, the Phoenix Mercury of the Women's National Basketball Association, and the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League.

Past attractions have included performances by Train, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and ZZ Top. Multiple Disney Live! events have been staged here as well.

The venue underwent major renovations in 2003. One of the major additions was a glass pavilion, that envelopes guests in cool air conditioning while waiting in line for tickets or to enter before events.
