As one of the top clubs in the area, the Marquee Theatre has hosted well-known bands like New Found Glory, Owl City, AFI and Jack's Mannequin.

The Marquee Theatre has interesting neighbors that give the club much of its flavor. It's adjacent to the Salt River and is also neighbor to Arizona State University, where a large college crowd comes out to hear the likes of performers such as Gary Hoey, Shawn Johnson, Soulfly, Bad Religion, Social Distortion and Jimmy Eat World.
