Arizona State University GammageArizona State University Gammage is a wildly popular venue in the Phoenix area, known for staging big-name Broadway shows and hosting top-notch entertainers and performers.

ASU Gammage is a spectacular building from the outside as well. In fact, it was was of the last designs by famed American architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The $2.46 million building is one of the largest performing arts centers in the world based within a university setting. The main stage of ASU Gammage seats 3,000 spectators, with 3 levels of seating. The arrangement means that no seat is more than 115 feet from the stage.

Outside, two pedestrian bridges span 200 feet to the entrance, and folds of concrete mimic the feel of stage curtains. ASU Gammage is Frank Loyd Wright's only public building design in Arizona.

ASU Gammage is the go-to theater for Broadway Across America in Arizona. Previous performances have included "Mama Mia!," "Wicked," "Mary Poppins," "Shrek The Musical," "Hair" and "Young Frankenstein."
