Arizona RattlersThe Arizona Rattlers are one of the founding teams in the new Arena Football League, playing their inaugural season in 1992.

Based in Phoenix, the team plays their home games in the US Airways Center, also home to the NBA's Phoenix Suns.

The Arizona Rattlers made a name for themselves with their aggressive style of play and impressive number of wins.

As one of the AFL's leading franchises, the Arizona Rattlers won the Arena Bowl championship in 1994 and 1997. They also made it to the finals in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

The team's colors and merchandise are also wildly popular, with their unique copper-colored helmets and rattlesnake logo.

In a popular publicity stunt, the Rattlers guaranteed a winning 2007 season for ticket holders, pledging to make it to the playoffs or else fans would get their money back. The team made good on the $2.2 million guarantee, clinching a spot in the playoffs with a win over the Orlando Predators.
